The Village
Wolviston lies 2 miles from Billingham. Three thousand six hundred people live in the village, which has a tack shop, florist, hairdresser, beauty salon, post office/shop, upholstery business, riding school and stables, two pubs, WI hall, primary school and a parish church.
The Hall
The hall was built in 1950s as a community centre. It is a brick building with corrugated asbestos roof in a cul de sac and with a large enclosed grass field to the rear. The building is heated by gas fired central heating radiators.
